Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

Very beautiful and most importantly CLEAN hotel. It’s very centrally located and easy to get to. Parking isn’t terrible (we had a truck and trailer). Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed but most importantly, it’s clean. Staff is sweet. They have a bar, a restaurant and a breastfast spot. There’s also lot of other eating places within walking distance or a short drive.

The hotel experience is good. But not great. Quick check-in (even in the evening) - good. Couldn't use mobile phone key even though I requested it - not great. Rooms are moden, nice and spacious - good. There's 8 coat hangers and no shelf space for clothes - not great. Breakfast bar is diverse and quite extensive - good. It's quite expensive for what it is - not great. Jacuzzi, pool and fitness was overall great. I think it's a solid experience, but there's room to improve.

Amazing hotel that was extremely clean and well ran. Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere down at the bar and in the area was lots of fun. Plenty of things to do within walking distance such as shops and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was amazing (I’d love to come back alone for that). The hotel has a designated parking garage for guests that is free if you are a staying there.

We are so grateful to Marriott for hosting our wedding party over the entire weekend! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — from check-in to check-out, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Our guests had a wonderful experience, and the hotel provided the perfect home base for all of our wedding events. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were great, and the service was top-notch. We especially appreciated how attentive the team was in helping coordinate details and ensuring everyone felt welcomed. Thank you so much to the entire team for helping make our wedding weekend such a success. We highly recommend this hotel for any special event or group stay — truly exceptional service all around!

My family and I traveled in for a scheduled heart procedure at Baylor Scott and White heart hospital. We chose this hotel because it is a very convenient route to the hospital only about 15 minutes away. The initial room that I booked was not available but given the circumstances of my stay, the staff did an exceptional job at making it right. Mogan from the front desk made sure everything worked out perfectly and really went the extra mile to make my recovery days as comfortable as possible following my procedure. The entire staff is wonderful and the amenities are great! Such a kind and caring staff, we will be back!

I used to stay here all the time so this is my first time back after renovations. Unfortunately, I was impressed and had to switch rooms due to cleanliness in my original room. The staff was super helpful and nice about the situation. Starbucks on-site was convenient but they got my order wrong so just and off day maybe for everyone.

Had to travel to Plano for a family members heart procedure and chose this hotel to recover afterwards. The staff knew why we were there and took very good care of my family member even providing a comfortable spacious room to rest. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a great time staying here for work, the staff were super helpful and very lovely, the room was perfect and close to the gym, pool and breakfast, it was a bit noisy in the morning being near the conference rooms and kitchen, but everything else being a minute away made it worth it! The food was very good for breakfast, the pool and gym well kitted out and lots of places to go nearby. They also have a Starbucks and nice walking routes near the hotel. Nothing to fault, a great stay.
